Warranty Service
From the date of purchase, under normal conditions of use, in case of quality problems, OV will provide 7-day (natural day) replacement service, and the corresponding product warranty period (as follows). During the service period, the user can return the faulty product to the seller for replacement or repair, or call the OV service hotline at 400-8847-800 and follow our instructions.

Warranty Description
If the product is faulty or damaged due to defects confirmed by us under normal use during the warranty period from the date of purchase, we will repair, replace or return it for you free of charge as appropriate. Unless otherwise provided by the relevant law, the product or part used for replacement may not be new, but will have good performance and will be at least functionally equivalent to the original product or part. The warranty period starts from the date of the first purchase of the product. Please keep the purchase certificate of the product, and the repaired or replaced product will continue to enjoy the warranty during the remaining warranty period.
The above warranties do not apply to failure or damage caused by:
-Misuse, abuse or improper transportation, maintenance or storage, such as, but not limited to, use at inappropriate temperature, humidity or other improper environmental conditions.
-Force majeure or accidents, network or power outages and other causes beyond our reasonable contro.
-Unauthorized repair or demolition by non-OV authorized personnel.
-Any third party products or services.
-Use the product for a purpose other than the specified or intended purpose.
-Otherwise used in a manner that violates the instructions for use of the product.
Special Instructions
-When you return the product, you should pack it properly and cooperate with the logistics provider for inspection. It is recommended to use the original packaging of the product.
-If the returned product is not covered by the warranty, we will contact you to deal with it in the manner you confirm. Please ensure that contact information is accurate and communication is smooth.
-For the damage caused by misoperation, unauthorized maintenance, product water, product fall or other accidents, there is no warranty, stored personal data is not covered by the warranty, please be sure to backup.
